How it works

Plain steps, no surprises.

  1. Send your details

Pick a package and fill in the short form. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. We confirm and send payment

We reply within 1–2 business days to confirm scope, send a secure payment link, and collect your W-9 safely.

  3. We do the registrations

We file your registrations and set your commodity codes. Our goal is to finish the Florida portals within about two weeks. SAM.gov often takes longer because federal validation can take weeks.

  4. Handoff

You get every login and a summary of every registration. The accounts are yours.

  • Contact name, email and phone
  • Your EIN and a signed W-9 (collected securely, never by plain email)
  • Your certificate(s) of insurance, if you have them
  • A short description of what you sell or do

What you get

  • Registrations on the portals in your package
  • Commodity codes set for your business
  • Every login, owned by you
  • A written summary of every registration
  • SAM.gov help, if you choose Full Bid-Ready

Straight talk before you sign up

  • We're a private company. InfraTech.us, LLC is a Florida company. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, GSA, the State of Florida, the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) or VendorLink.
  • Registration is free. Registering on SAM.gov and on these state and agency portals costs nothing, and you can do it yourself. Free help is also available from the Florida APEX Accelerator.
  • What you pay for. Our fee covers our time and help: doing the setup work, choosing codes with you, and handing everything over.
  • No guarantees of work. Being registered lets agencies send you bid notices. It does not guarantee that you'll win a bid or contract.

Questions

If registration is free, why pay you?

You don't have to. Each portal has its own forms, rules and code lists, and it takes real hours to get through them all. Some owners would rather hand that off. If you'd rather do it yourself, the portals are free, and so is the Florida APEX Accelerator.

Are you part of the government?

No. InfraTech.us is a private Florida company. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or portal named on this page.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Accounts are set up for your business, and at handoff you receive every login. For SAM.gov, you or an officer of your company stays the account owner.

Do you guarantee I'll win bids?

No. Registration makes sure agencies can find you and send you notices. Winning work depends on your bids.

How do I pay?

After we confirm your details, we email you a secure payment link for your package. You don't pay anything on this page.

How is my W-9 and EIN handled?

Your W-9 is stored in a private Google Drive folder that only InfraTech.us can open. Emails we send show only the last 4 digits of your EIN. We use it only to complete your registrations. See our privacy policy.
